We carefully inspect during production and shipping. Due to personal hygiene and safety, returns or exchanges are not accepted once sold, except for significant non-human-caused defects. Please understand.

< Wearing and Care >
🔺The main materials of the accessories are Japanese stone clay, resin clay or clay. Please avoid placing the product in high temperatures, near chemicals, perfumes, or direct sunlight.
🔺The basic accessories (including earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces, keychains, charms, pins, hair clips, etc.) are made of alloy. Alloy accessories need to be protected from moisture to prevent oxidation and discoloration. When not in use, please store them in a dry and cool place.
🔺Customers are advised to remove accessories before showering, swimming, soaking in hot springs, or sleeping.
🔺After the artwork is completed, a protective lacquer is applied to the surface. It is only resistant to light splashing, not waterproof. Please do not rinse or expose to water. If it accidentally gets wet, immediately wipe off the moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. If the surface gets dirty, you can gently wipe it with a wet tissue.
🔺Please sterilize earring posts before wearing them.
🔺When wearing, please do not pull or press forcefully to avoid damaging parts.
🔺When not wearing accessories, store them in a ziplock bag or box to reduce metal oxidation and extend their lifespan.
< About Allergies >
🔺The products are made with Japanese materials including (basic) S925 anti-allergenic / stainless steel / resin / medical-grade steel ear posts, ear hooks, and earring backs.
🔺All earring products in our shop will primarily use S925 anti-allergenic earring posts, ear hooks, and earring backs.
🔺If customers need to change from earring posts/hooks to clip-on earrings (an additional HK$15 will be charged).
🔺If you have experienced skin allergies, customers who need to change to resin invisible earring posts and earring backs will not be charged extra, but please notify the shop owner in advance.
🔺If customers need to change to stainless steel/medical steel earring posts, ear hooks, and earring backs (an additional HK$20-25 will be charged).
🔺G23 Titanium earring posts (an additional HK$35) are the best choice for those with sensitive skin or newly pierced ears, offering three core advantages: nickel-free and hypoallergenic, extremely lightweight, and highly corrosion-resistant.
🔺Please carefully select the material option before checkout and payment. Orders cannot be changed randomly after placement without a reasonable reason.
🔺Due to individual differences in body constitution, we cannot guarantee 100% no allergies. If you experience skin discomfort after use, please stop using it immediately and consult a professional doctor.
